I have problem with uploading documents for Nepali passport renewal application. Can you please help me. I am trying to many times but I am not able to do it passport front/back, marriage cert, and passport size photo. Always showing problems is(Invalid file, The supported formats are image).
I am watching all your YouTube vedio but i didn’t find this problem plz

Hello Bishnu ji, sorry to learn about your experience. seems like the file format isn’t supported, could you please mention what file type your documents are?
- Scans/ photos strictly need to be in JPEG format.
- please make sure the image is less than 300KB file size
- if you are using iPhone your phone might be saving image in .heic format, you can view this file info if you tap i icon/ at bottom of photo or slide up on photo
