Do I need to verify the QR code vaccination certificate I brought from Nepal here in Australia?
Or that certificate works well here?
I learned that many places ask for a double vaccination certificate against covid19 here.
Hello Laxman brother and Sonisha sister.
Thank you for the help above links were very useful. Your guidance helped me to get an International Covid-19 Vaccination certificate.
- At first I got my IHI(Individual Healthcare Identifier) number from mygov account.
- I booked my appointment with Local GP near my location. Just made a call and asked whether they can register an overseas covid certificate for the Australian digital covid vaccination certificate.
- On the appointment day, GP will ask for our covid vaccination certificate translated into English and our Passport. Within 10-15 minutes, our digital vaccination certificate will be available to us in our mygov account.
- we need to book appointment with Local GP that accepts our OSHC else other GP might charge some fee(around AUD 40 )
Hello Gyalbu,
thank you for this interesting question.
It is better to convert Nepal’s vaccine certificate here in Australia. You can do this by visiting the nearest GP/ clinic or online at https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/help-adding-overseas-covid-19-vaccinations-to-australian-immunisation-register-air?context=60091 this seems to be helpful as well, I haven’t tried myself though: https://cmcnsw.com.au/vaccination-record/ would be great if you let us know once you did, so we would know what the process for you
best wishes
